Mrs. Patricia N. Brown, 78, of Murray, died Sunday, August 28, 2011 at the Murray – Calloway Co. Hospital.
Mrs. Brown was born in Granada, Colorado on October 31, 1932 to the late C.J. Musgrove and Nellie Nelson Musgrove. Before becoming ill Mrs. Brown worked as the secretary for the Murray Lumber Company. She attended Sugar Creek Baptist Church.
In addition to her parents, Mrs. Brown was preceded in death by her husband, Brent H. Brown; three daughters, Merri Brown, Martha Brown and Leanna Starkweather; two brothers, Earl and Donald Musgrove; and by one granddaughter, Nicole Starkweather.
Mrs. Brown is survived by one son, Brent H. Brown, Jr. and wife Carol of Murray; one brother, Rayburn Musgrove of Murray; as well as five grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
Graveside services will be held on Wednesday, August 31, 2011 at 3:30 p.m. at the Outland Cemetery with Bro. Darrell Walker officiating. Burial to follow. Visitation will be held from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. at the J.H. Churchill Funeral Home on Wednesday, August 31, 2011.
