Patricia "Pat" Butler

Ms. Patricia "Pat" Butler, age 66, of Nashville, Tennessee, formerly of Murray, Kentucky, died on Sunday, December 16, 2018, at the Skyline Medical Alive Hospice in Madison, Tennessee.

Ms. Butler was born March 8th, 1952 to the late Carmon Butler. And Margie Collie Butler Ms. Butler was of the Christian faith.

In addition to her parents Mrs. Butler is proceeded in death by a daughter, Crystal Gale Winchester; as well as one grandson, Zakari Winchester.

Ms. Butler is survived by two grandchildren, Harleigh Merell and husband Brodie of Sedalia, Kentucky and Dalton Winchester of Murray, Kentucky; three great grandchildren, Trinyte Merrell and Joshua Merrell both of Sedalia, Kentucky and Brantley Winchester of Murray, Kentucky; her significant other, Richard Schryba of Nashville, Tennessee; and two brothers, Jerry Don Butler and wife Edna and Ricky Butler and wife Kathy all of Murray, Kentucky.

A memorial service will be held on Sunday, December 23, 2018 at 2:30 p.m. at the J.H. Churchill Funeral Home with Bro. Sammy Cunningham officiating. Burial will follow in the Spring Creek Baptist Church Cemetery. Visitation will be held prior to the memorial on Sunday, December 23, 2018 from 12:00 p.m. – 2:30 p.m. at the J.H. Churchill Funeral Home.
