Mrs. Patricia Ellen Hall

Mrs. Patricia Ellen Hall, age 91, of Centralia Illinois, passed away on Tuesday, June 10, 2025, at the Passion and Purpose HomeCare Assisted Living for our SENIORS in Murray, Kentucky.

Mrs. Hall was born on June 25, 1933, in Coles County, Illinois to the late William O. and Bessie Purvis. She worked at Warren G. Murray Center as a Speech and Hearing Aid for 42 years. Later she worked at Penta as a communications specialist. Patricia was a member of the Zion United Church of Christ and the Red Hat Society.

Patricia brightened the lives of many through her joyful and passionate living. She loved her card group, the ladies of her golf league, (which she was still playing at the age of 90). She enjoyed line dancing, painting, and traveling with her daughter and grandchildren. Family meant everything to Pat, she loved them with all her heart.

In addition to her parents, Patricia was preceded in death by her husband, Tom Hall, Sr.; her brothers, David and Billy Purvis; and a granddaughter, Shannon Hill.

She leaves behind a wonderful family; her children, Pam Nance and husband, Jerry Don Nance of Murray, Kentucky, Charles Hall and wife Cathy Hall of Katy, Texas, Tom Hall, Jr. and wife Nan Hall of Centralia, Illinois; six grandchildren, nine great grandchildren, as well as seven great great grandchildren.

A small graveside service will be held at Pleasant Grove Cemetery in Cooks Mill, Illinois at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, June 14, 2025. There will be no public visitation. The J.H. Churchill Funeral Home and Cremation Services are in charge of arrangements.
