Paul Thomas Geveden

Mr. Paul Thomas “Tom” Geveden, age 85, of Murray, Kentucky, passed away Friday, May 10, 2024, at the Anna Mae Owen Residential Hospice House.

          Tom had careers with AT&T, Arabian American Oil Co., and the U.S Department of State. He and his wife Sandra lived in Dhahran, Saudi Arabia while employed by Arabian American Oil, (ARAMCO). They also lived in West Africa while serving in the Diplomatic Corp of the U.S. Department of State.

          Survivors include his wife, Sandra Geveden of Murray, Kentucky; sons, Bruce Geveden of Red Bluff, California, Rex Geveden and wife Gail of Birmingham, Alabama; daughters, Lou Ann Latta and husband Gary of Mayfield, Kentucky and Susan Fisher and Husband Joel of Murray, Kentucky; also, eight grandchildren and eleven great grandchildren.

          A private celebration of life will be held at a later date.
