Mr. Paul Henry, age 78, of Murray, Kentucky, passed away, Monday, January 1, 2024, at the TriStar Centennial Hospital in Nashville, Tennessee.
Mr. Henry was born on November 22, 1945, in Golden Pond, Kentucky. He was a retired truck driver.
Mr. Henry was preceded in death by his father and mother, Claude “Buster” and Flossie Henry; and a niece, Sharon Lipford-McGrew.
Survivors include a son, Gary Henry of Aurora, Kentucky; three sisters, Marie Lipford and Ethel Jackson both of Murray, Kentucky, and Margie Nanney and husband Glenn of Aurora, Kentucky; two grandchildren, Dalton Henry and Brent Henry both of Nashville, Tennessee; four great grandchildren, Jaiden Henry, Princeton Henry, Isaiah Henry, and Amyiah Henry all of Nashville, Tennessee; as well as three nephews, Dwight Lipford and wife Kathy of Paducah, Kentucky, Michael Jackson and wife Jolanta of Carlisle, Massachusetts, and John Jackson of Bend, Oregon.
A funeral service will be held at 10:00 a.m., Friday, January 5, 2024, at the J.H. Churchill Funeral Home & Cremation Services with Tony Lipford and Danny McGrew officiating. Burial will follow in the Cumberland Matheney Cemetery in Golden Pond, Kentucky. Visitation will be held from 4:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m., Thursday, January 4, 2024, at the J.H. Churchill Funeral Home & Cremation Services.
