Paula Jo Frederick

Mrs. Paula Jo Frederick, age 65, of Farmington, Kentucky, died on Tuesday, November 9, 2021, at home.

Mrs. Frederick was born on November 1, 1956, in Murray, Kentucky to the late Cleveland Foy and Melda Faye Paschall Foy. She had worked many years as a social worker for the Lakeway Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Benton, Kentucky and was of the Christian Faith.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one sister, Patricia Robertson.

Survivors include her husband, Herbert Jackson Frederick of Farmington, Kentucky; one daughter, Catherine Joy Frederick of Murray, Kentucky; as well as one son, Jonathan David Frederick of Mayfield, Kentucky.

A funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m., on Thursday, November 18, 2021, at the J.H. Churchill Funeral Home & Cremation Service with Bro. Eric Kelleher officiating. The graveside committal service will be held at 2:00 p.m., on Thursday, November 18, 2021, at the Kentucky Veterans Cemetery West in Hopkinsville, Kentucky. Visitation will be held from 4:00 p.m.-7:00 p.m., on Wednesday, November 17, 2021, at the J.H. Churchill Funeral Home & Cremation Services.
