Mrs. Pauline Baum, age 78 of Murray, Kentucky, died on Thursday, January 6, 2022, Mercy Lourdes Hospital in Paducah, Kentucky.

Mrs. Baum was born December 11, 1943, in Muskegon, Michigan, to the late Paul Carl Wiese and Ruth Bernice Van Frank Wiese. Mrs. Baum was a graduate of Western Michigan University. She was a retired schoolteacher, having taught in Michigan and Wisconsin. She was a member of the Immanuel Lutheran Church.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Walter Emil Baum; sister, Ester Ruth Wiese Ross.

Survivors include one daughter, Ruth C. Todd and husband Clint of Hazel, Kentucky; one son, Karl W. Baum and wife Rebecca L. Pender-Baum of Murray, Kentucky; sister, Louise Suckow of North Muskegon, Michigan; two grandchildren, M.G. Todd of Hazel, Kentucky and Madison Baum of Murray, Kentucky.

A Funeral Service will be held at 1:30 p.m., Friday, January 14, 2022, at the Immanuel Lutheran Church. Pastor Jim Dunn will officiate. Visitation will be held from 12:30 p.m. till 1:30 p.m., Friday, January 14, 2022, at the Immanuel Lutheran Church.
