Pauline E. Jones

Mrs. Pauline E. Hale Jones, 85, of Ryan Avenue, Murray, KY, died Tuesday, May 04, 2010 at 8:00 p.m., at the Murray Calloway Co. Hospital. Mrs. Jones was born in Marshall Co., KY on Oct. 16, 1924 to the late Miley E. Hale and Flois R. Ellis Hale. A homemaker and a member of the Dexter-Hardin United Methodist Church.
In addition to her parents, Mrs. Jones was preceded in death by her husband Cantrell Jones, who died in February 2002, one brother, Coy Hale, three sisters, Thelma Hale, Mary Wilma Swift, and Estelle Shelton, as well as two great grandchildren, Anne Marie Jones and James Cantrell Bucy.
She is survived by one son, Larry Jones and wife Connie, one daughter, Paula Faye Marvin and husband Scott, one sister, Lunell Nixon all of Murray, five grandchildren, Mickey Jones and wife Angela, Jason Bucy and wife Stephanie, Trevor Jones and wife Debra all of Murray, Bradley Marvin of Orlando, FL and Jessica Marvin Edwards and husband Jessie of Paducah, KY, five great grandchildren, Erin M. Jones, Justin Bucy, Dalton Bucy, Kylie Jones, and Taylor Jones all of Murray, brother-in-law, William Arlie “Peck” Jones of Murray, as well as several nieces and nephews survive.
Funeral services will be held Saturday, May 8, 2010 at 11:00 a.m., at The J.H. Churchill Funeral Home with Rev. Kendrick Lewis and Rev. Richard Burkeen officiating. Burial to follow in the Brooks Chapel Cemetery. Visitation will be from 5:00 – 8:00 p.m., Friday, May 7, 2010 also at the funeral home.
