Pearly D. McClure

Mr. Pearly D. McClure, age 78, of Murray, Kentucky, died on Friday, August 12, 2022, at the Murray-Calloway County Hospital in Murray, Kentucky.

Mr. McClure was born on February 25, 1944, in Graves County, Kentucky, to the late Bryant McClure and Dorothy McClain McClure. Pearly was a retired Brick Mason and was the first building inspector for the City of Murray. He was also a member of the Union Hill Church of Christ.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Charlotte Ann McClure; son, Jerry D. McClure; step granddaughter, Melanie Erwin.

Survivors include one daughter, Tammy Odom and husband Jim of Benton, Kentucky; one stepdaughter, Joann Erwin of Murray, Kentucky; one stepson, Keith Allbritten and wife Lisa of Murfreesboro, Tennessee; sister, Faye Billington and husband Larry of Murray, Kentucky; six grandchildren and seven great grandchildren survive.

Memorial service will be held 1:00 p.m., Saturday, August 20, 2022, at the J.H. Churchill Funeral Home & Cremation Services. Visitation will be held from 11am till 1p.m. Saturday, August 20, 2022, at the J.H. Churchill Funeral Home & Cremation Services. Additional Memorial service will be held at 3:00 p.m., Sunday, August 21, 2022, at the Union Hill Church of Christ.
