Phil L. Collie

Mr. Phil L. Collie, age 70, of Murray Kentucky died at 4:47 am Wednesday, May 25, 2011 at the Murray Calloway County Hospital.
Mr. Collie was a retired truck driver, and member of the First Baptist Church of Murray, Ky. He was born on December 12, 1940, in Murray, Ky.
He is survived by two daughters, Phyllis Lockhart of Cartersville, GA.; Robin Lingerfeldt of Taylorsville, GA., one sister Linda R. Ford (Jerry) of Murray, KY. Also one brother Charles Collie (Brenda ) of Morganfield, Ky., and five Grandchildren.
Mr. Collie is preceded in death by his parents, Leon and Jimmie Lowery Collie.
Graveside services will be held Friday, May 27, 2011 at 2p.m. at the Scott’s Grove Baptist Church Cemetery. Rev. Boyd Smith will officiate. The J.H. Churchill Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
