Mrs. Phyllis Duckworth, age 73, of Murray, Kentucky died on Monday, August 15, 2022, at the Murray – Calloway County Hospital in Murray.
She was born July 19, 1949, to the late Raymond Lee Freeze and Esther Lee Rodgers Freeze.
In addition to her parents and her siblings, she is also preceded in death by her husband, Richard C. Duckworth and her daughter, Rebecca Jean Freeze.
Phyliss is survived by her grandson, Brandon Redd of Murray, Kentucky as well as several nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held at 11:30 a.m., Saturday, August 20, 2022, at the First Christian Church in Murray, Kentucky with Rev. Ruth Ragovin and Rev. Kerry Lambert officiating. Visitation will be held from 11:00 a.m. – 11:30 a.m., Saturday, August 20, 2022, at the First Christian Church in Murray, Kentucky.
