Rebecca K. Billington

Mrs. Rebecca K. Begley Billington, age 77, of Murray, Kentucky, died Monday, August 24, 2015 at Spring Creek Health Care in Murray, Kentucky.

Mrs. Billington was born in Calloway County, Kentucky on July 25, 1938. Mrs. Billington before retiring worked at Jakel Inc. in Murray, Kentucky. She was a member of the Sugar Creek Baptist Church.

Mrs. Billington was preceded in death by her parents Lou Begley and Robbie (McKenzie) Hutson; her husband, Daniel F. Billington, who died on July 31, 2001; daughter, Ginger Billington; and brother, Steve McCuiston.

Mrs. Billington is survived by one daughter, Jennifer Billington Scott and husband Donald of Murray, Kentucky; one step brother, Kevin Hutson and wife Carol of Lexington, Tennessee; four grandchildren, Michelle Todd Sharp of Hickory, Kentucky, Tera Todd of Murray, Kentucky, Chris Todd of Kirksey, Kentucky and Micah Billington of Fort Bragg, North Carolina.

A graveside service will be held on Thursday, August 27, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. at the Murray City Cemetery with Bro. Darrell Walker officiating. Burial will follow. There will be no public visitation. The J.H. Churchill Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
