Mrs. Washburn was born February 15, 1971 in Benton, Kentucky to the late Paul Fleet and Della Joyce Stokes Fleet.
She was a homemaker.
She is survived by her husband, Willis Daniel Washburn of Murray, Kentucky, they married June 7, 2013 in Benton, Kentucky.
