Mr. Rickey D. Dumas, age 61, of Dexter, Kentucky, died on January 24, 2021, at the Murray – Calloway County Hospital.
Mr. Dumas was born on January 7, 1960, in Calloway County, Kentucky to the late Larry Dumas and Linda Richerson. He was a self-employed roofer and a member of the Dexter Baptist Church.
Survivors include his wife, Marilynn Dumas of Dexter, Kentucky; they married on April 8, 1982, in New Concord, Kentucky; one daughter, Codey Jackson and husband Aaron of Murray, Kentucky; one son, Taylor Dumas of Almo, Kentucky; one sister, Denise Orten of Dexter, Kentucky; one brother, Dickey Dumas of Dexter, Kentucky; as well as two grandchildren, Bonnie Dumas and Zaylee Dumas both of Almo, Kentucky.
A graveside service will be held at 2:00 p.m., on Thursday, January 28, 2021, at the Stewart Cemetery. There will be no public visitation held.
