Robert Prescott

Mr. Robert Prescott, 64, of Murray, KY, passed away, Saturday, December 31, 2010 at Heritage Manor Nursing Home in Mayfield, KY. He was born, December 13, 1946, to the late Major and Wilma June Wells Prescott in Trigg County, KY. He was an Army veteran of Vietnam. He was a member of the Poplar Springs Baptist Church.
Mr. Prescott is survived by his wife, Peggy Prescott of Murray, KY; son, Michael Craig (Eloisa) Prescott of Murray, KY; sisters, Ann (Bob) Kaiser of Midland, Michigan, Janice (Charles) Holland of Murray, KY, Wanda McKendree of Murray, KY, Jeannie (Gary) Solomon of Murray, KY, Lynn Clayton of Murray, KY; brothers, Donnie Joe Prescott of Murray, KY, Ronnie (Sharon) Prescott of Murray, KY, Jack (Sherrie) Prescott of Aurora, KY, Mark (Dana) Prescott of Murray, KY, Ricky (Lori) Prescott of Murray, KY; grandchildren, Monica Kay Prescott, Adam Bolen, and Jacob Bolen; special nephew, Allen Lockridge Prescott of Murray, KY.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday, January 4, 2011, at 10:00 a.m., at the J.H. Churchill Funeral Home Chapel. Rev. Rob Ison and Bro. Paul Bogard will officiate with burial to follow in the Barnett Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 4:00-8:00 p.m. Monday, January 3, 2011 at the funeral home.
