Robert "Gene" Rickman

Mr. Robert "Gene" Rickman, age 80, of Murray, Kentucky, died Saturday, July 16, 2016 at his home.
Mr. Rickman was born November 26, 1935 in Calloway County, Kentucky, to the late Woodrow Rickman and Kathrine Dunn Rickman.
Mr. Rickman worked as a masonry contractor for over 68 years. He was an Army Veteran, and a member of the University Church of Christ.
Survivors include his wife, Mary Louise Rickman of Murray, Kentucky, they married on June 20, 1959 in Mayfield, Kentucky; daughter, Angela Rickman McCullough and husband Richard of Coatesville, Pennsylvania; son, Andy Rickman and wife Lisa of Fairfax, Virginia; sister, Pat Page and husband Bill of Murray, Kentucky; granddaughter, Michelle McCullough of Coatesville, Pennsylvania; and nieces and nephews.
Funeral service will be held 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, July 19, 2016 at the J.H. Churchill Funeral Home. Charley Bazzell and Andy Rickman will officiate, and burial will follow in the South Pleasant Grove Cemetery. Visitation will be held Tuesday, July 19, 2016 from 11:00 a.m. till 2:00 p.m., at the J.H. Churchill Funeral Home.
