Robert Lee Stephenson

Robert Lee Stephenson, 84, passed away from natural causes on February 24, 2015. He was born on March 19, 1930 to Edward Bruce and Georgia Harville Stephenson, in Rienze, Alcorn County, Mississippi. He married Kathern Inell Smith on October 23, 1948. She preceded him in death on March 17, 2003. He was also preceded in death by his son Kerry Robert on June 1, 2012. He married Evelyn Sophia Roane on August 11, 2004. He is survived by his wife Evelyn, his daughters Margie Maiden and husband David, Roseanna Stephenson and Deborah Stephenson. Seven grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren survive.
Funeral services will be held at 3p.m. Sunday, March 1, 2015 at the J.H. Churchill Funeral Home. Entombment will follow in the Murray City Cemetery.
