Ronnie Lee Lane

Mr. Ronnie Lane, age 60, of Murray, Kentucky, passed away Thursday, November 9, 2023, at Spring Creek Health Care in Murray, Kentucky.

          Mr. Lane was born on October 9, 1963, in Murray, Kentucky, to the late Griffen Zerry Lane and Willie Margaret Lovell Lane. Ronnie was a retired farm manager and a member of the Russell Chapel United Methodist Church.

          In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a daughter, Amanda Mellon; two brothers, Charles Lane and David Lane; one sister, Margaret Downs.

          Survivors include his wife, Delores Ann Birdsong Lane of Murray, Kentucky, they married on September 24, 2007, in Murray; daughter, Belinda Jo Lane McKinney and husband Charles of Murray, Kentucky; son, Tommy Lee Lane and Aubrey Bullock of Murray, Kentucky; two sisters, Bonita Herrington and husband Charles of Podunk, Kentucky and Judy Parker of Metropolis, Illinois; seven grandchildren, Samantha, Savanah and Serenty McKinney, Michelle Mellon, Aaralyn, Taton and Aurelia Lane.

          Graveside service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, November 14, 2023, at Hicks Cemetery in Land Between the Lakes, Bro. Ronnie Burkeen will officiate, and burial will follow. Visitation will be held from 11:00 a.m. till 1:00 p.m., Tuesday, November 14, 2023, at the J.H. Churchill Funeral Home & Cremation Services.
