Rosalee Kelso

Mrs. Rosalee Kelso, age 83, of Murray, Kentucky, died Tuesday, March 24, 2015 at Spring Creek Health Care in Murray, Kentucky.

She was a member of the Sugar Creek Baptist Church; she was a retired beautician being the former owner of Rosalee's Beauty Shop.

She was born in Conway, Arkansas to the late Finious E. and Rosie E. Nimmo Williams. In addition to her parents she is also preceded in death by her husband Robert Howard Kelso as well as five sisters and two brothers.

Mrs. Kelso is survived by two daughters, Lynda Coleman and husband Mac of New Concord, Kentucky and Brenda Castleberry and husband Ray of Cunningham, Kentucky; three sons, Ronnie Kelso and wife Rita of Murray, Kentucky, Joe Kelso and wife Cynthia of Almo, Kentucky and Jimmy Kelso and wife Karen of Murray, Kentucky; twelve grandchildren, Trevor Coleman, MacRae Austin, Whitney Folta, Clint Kear, Kendra Kear, Jason Kelso, Mike, Kelso, Becky Johnson, Jay Kelso, Kassa McCallum, Grant Kelso and Kara Boykin; nineteen great grandchildren also survive.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 am Friday, March 27, 2015 in the chapel of the J.H. Churchill Funeral Home. Rev. Jordan Roach will officiate with burial to follow in the Murray Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be held from 5:00 – 8:00 pm Thursday, March 26, 2015 at the funeral home.
