Ruby Suffill

Mrs. Ruby Counce Suffill age 90, of Murray, Ky., died Friday, February 15, 2013 at the Murray Calloway Co. Hospital.
Mrs. Suffill was born February 10, 1923 in Crump, Tn., to the late Mark and Josie Cresap Counce. She was a retired Elementary school teacher from the McCracken County school district, a member of the First United Methodist Church of Murray, and a graduate of Murray State University with a Master's degree.

Survivors include one daughter, Jane DeBay and husband Darrell of Murray, Ky., granddaughter, Maggie Shufe of Murray, and three step grandchildren, Keven, Jason, and Renee DeBay all of Apopka, Fla.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Lawrence Edward Suffill, son, Mark Stewart Suffill, one sister, and seven brothers.

Funeral services will be held 1:00 p.m., Monday, February 18, 2013 at the J.H. Churchill Funeral Home, Rev. Bob Saywell and Rev. Jim Stahler will officiate, and burial will follow in the Murray Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be held Monday, February 18, 2013 from 12-1p.m. at the J.H. Churchill Funeral Home.
