Ruth Irene (Kallai) Castiello

Ruth Irene (Kallai) Castiello peacefully passed away April 7, 2019 at Anna Mae Owen Residential Hospice House in Murray, Kentucky, at the age of 53. She was a member of the St. Leo's Catholic Church.
She is survived by her children, Alexander, Benjamin and Julia; her spouse of 22 years, Alexander; her mother, Frances; her brother, George; and sisters, Lisa and Selina.
Ruth earned a bachelor's degree in nursing at the University of Florida, master's in nursing at the University of South Florida, and most recently worked in Adult Cardiology at Vanderbilt University.
A private funeral mass will be held.
