Sally Anne Theobald

Mrs. Sally Anne Willard Theobald, 89, died Sunday morning December 13, 2015 in Columbia, TN. She was preceded in death by her husband of 49 years, J.H. Theobald. She was born in Grand Rapids, MI. She lived in Mt. Clemens, MI for 28 years and in Bowling Green, KY for 42 years. She lived in Columbia, TN for the last 5 years.

She is survived by her daughter, Polly Mayeur (Steve) of Columbia and her daughter Linda Bailey (Bill) of Bluffton, SC; by her brother, John Willard (Betsy), of Grand Rapids, MI; and by five grandchildren: April Bailey of West New York, NJ; Benjamin Bailey of Morristown, NJ; Lucas Mayeur (Kayla) of Chattanooga, TN; Caleb Mayeur of Murfreesboro, TN and Grace Mayeur of Columbia and Lexington, KY. She is also survived by two great-grandchildren: Emma Bailey and Nolan Bailey of Morristown, NJ.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, December 17, 2015 from 5:00 – 8:00 p.m. at the J.H. Churchill Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held on Friday, December 18, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. at the J.H. Churchill Funeral Home with burial to follow on Saturday, December 19, 2015 at the Scotts Grove Cemetery.
