Sean Kelly

Mr. Sean Kelly, age 48, of Murray, Kentucky, died on Monday, February 28, 2022, at the Murray-Calloway County Hospital in Murray, Kentucky.

Mr. Kelly was born on July 4, 1973, in Murray, Kentucky. Sean was a Battalion Chief with the Murray Fire Department with 24 years of service and a Calloway County Fire Rescue Squad volunteer. He was a 1992 graduate of Calloway County High School, and a member of the Murray First Pentecostal Church.

Survivors include his wife, Tracey Kelly of Murray, Kentucky, they married November 6, 1993, in Murray, Kentucky; parents, Dan and Carol Kelly of Murray, Kentucky; daughter, Kristen "Kritter" Kelly of Clay, Kentucky; son, Jackson Kelly and wife Nina of Murray, Kentucky; sister, Jessica Lamb and husband Clay of Murray, Kentucky; brother, Kevin Kelly and wife Stephanie of Almo, Kentucky; as well as several nieces, nephews, cousins, and great nieces and nephews.

Funeral service will be held on 11:00 a.m., Friday, March 4, 2022, at the Murray First Pentecostal Church. Rev. Jonathan Casner and Dr. Kevin Harris will officiate, and burial will follow in the Outland Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Thursday, March 3, 2022, from 4:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. at the J.H. Churchill Funeral Home. There will also be a visitation held prior to the funeral service on Friday, March 4, 2022, from 9:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. at the Murray First Pentecostal Church.
