Mr. Sean A. Millizer, 22, of Hazel, Kentucky died Saturday, April 6, 2013 at the Vanderbilt Medical Center in Nashville, Tennessee.

Mr. Millizer was born in McCracken County Kentucky on February 1, 1991.

Mr. Millizer is survived by his parents, James and Leah Millizer of Hazel, KY; and by two sisters, Shayna Nanney and husband Chris and Christina Wyatt and husband Kenneth all of Murray.

A memorial service will be held on Thursday, April 11, 2013 at 3:00 p.m. at the J.H. Churchill Funeral Home. Visitation will be held from 2:00 p.m. until service time on Thursday, April 11, 2013 at the funeral home.
