Shirley Diane Erwin

Mrs. Shirley Diane Erwin, age 77, of Murray, Kentucky, died Friday, December 19, 2014 at her home.

She retired floral designer after forty years; she was a member of the Glendale Road Church of Christ.

Mrs. Erwin was born in Murray, Kentucky on January 5, 1937 to the late Hub and Eva Bazzell Erwin. In addition to her parents she is also preceded in death by her husband Sammy Gallimore; two daughters, Tamara Belinda Gallimore and Laurie Beth Gallimore; one sister, Judy Parker; three brothers, Joe Tom Erwin, Rob Erwin and Billy Erwin.

She is survived by one daughter, Tracy Fay Gallimore of Murray, Kentucky; one sister, Mary Frank Paschall of Murray, Kentucky; six grandchildren, Tera Statesman, Jenny Hinton, Troy Lewis, Josh Harcourt, Ashley Senter and Tisha Wells; seven great grandchildren also survive.

Funeral services will be held 2:00 pm Sunday, December 21, 2014 in the chapel of the J.H. Churchill Funeral Home. John Dale will officiate with burial to follow in the South Pleasant Grove Church Cemetery. Visitation will be held at the funeral home Sunday, December 21, 2014 from 10:00 am till funeral hour.
