Sina W. Richardson

Mrs. Sina W. Richardson, age 90, of Murray, Kentucky, died on Sunday, January 17, 2021, at her home.

Mrs. Richardson was born November 29, 1930, in Indianapolis, Indiana, to the late Mason C. Wheeler and Alda Epperson Wheeler. She was a retired Certified Public Accountant. She was also a member of the First Baptist Church, and active in the Phoebian Sunday School Class and the M.A.G.I.C. group. Sina served on numerous boards, charitable foundations, and groups including: Sigma Department of Murray Women's Club, Kentucky Federation of Women's Clubs, Kentucky Society of CPAs, American Society of CPAs, and Murray High School Band Boosters.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Bethel Richardson; brother, Darrell Wheeler; and two grandchildren, Sina and Jennifer Hurter.

Survivors include four daughters: Audrey Brown of Murray, Kentucky, Brenda Hosford of Murray, Kentucky, Michele Stewart and husband Roy of Nashville, Tennessee, and Beth Hurter and husband Mark of Toney, Alabama. She is also survived by her sister, Esther Wheeler of Lansdale, Pennsylvania, her brother, Dennis Wheeler of Redwood City, California, and sister-in-law, Betty Schwall of New Orleans, Louisiana. Other survivors include her grandchildren: Mickey Brown and wife Sherri, Bryan Hosford, Jonathan Hosford, Jeremy Hosford, Ryan Stewart and wife Tiffany, Michael Stewart, Mark Hurter and wife Carmen, Melissa Esterholm and husband Scott, and Sarah Lazenby and husband Brian, as well as her nine great-grandchildren.

Graveside services will be held at 10:00 a.m., Friday, January 22, 2021, at Murray Memorial Gardens. Rev. Keith Inman and Rev. Boyd Smith will officiate, with burial to follow. There will be no public visitation.
