Mr. Stanley Lee "Bugsy" Meadows, age 58, died Saturday, February 10, 2018 at the Oakview Nursing Home and Rehabilitation Center in Calvert City, Kentucky, after an extended illness of Cancer.
"Bugsy" was born in Murray, Kentucky on December 10, 1959 to the late James Meadows and Betty Hicks Meadows Mohundro. He was a self-employed contractor and of the Baptist Faith.
In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by his wife, Janice Shelton Meadows; sister, Sherry Meadows Freeland and a brother, Steve Meadows.
Survivors include one daughter, April Meadows Allen and husband Trevor of Murray, Kentucky; one grandson, Cooper Allen of Murray, Kentucky; special friend Lori Weaver of Murray, Kentucky; best friend James Sills of Murray, Kentucky; and close friends Terry and Amy Doran Workman of Murray, Kentucky.
A private family graveside service will be held. Public visitation will be held from 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. on Sunday, February 18, 2018 at the J.H. Churchill Funeral Home.
