Taylor Mathew Vafiadis, of Murray, Kentucky died on Friday, March 14, 2014 at the Murray Calloway County Hospital.
He is survived by his parents, Richard Vafiadis and Samantha Pace Clark of Murray; an uncle, Grant Maxwell of Murray; maternal grandparents, Edward Clark of Murray and Jayne Bishop of Davie, Florida; paternal grandparents, Richard N. Vafiadis and Darlene Vafiadis of Barnegat, New Jersey; and a great grandmother, Joyce Roe of Adelphia, New Jersey.
A graveside service will be held at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday, March 20, 2014 at Pace Cemetery in Hardin, Kentucky with John Dale officiating.
There will be no public visitation.
