Ted Morton Cooper

Mr. Ted Morton Cooper age 73, of Hazel, Ky., died Sunday, August 18, 2013 at his home.
Mr. Cooper was born June 30, 1940 in Hazel, Ky., to the late Hafford and Zitell Morton Cooper. He was a retired farmer, and member of the Oak Grove Baptist Church, and the Dan Billington Sunday School class.
Survivors include his spouse, Cecelia Thomas Cooper of Hazel, Ky., they married April 20, 1968 in Hazel, Ky., one daughter, Lisa Cooper Robertson of Mayfield, Ky., two sisters, Youlonda Grooms of Hazel, Ky., and Linda McCallon of Murray, one grandson, Will Robertson of Mayfield, Ky.
He was preceded in death by his parents, and one brother, Lowell Cooper.
Funeral service will be held 2:00 P.M. Wednesday, August 21, 2013 at the J.H. Churchill Funeral Home, Rev. Van Russell and Rev. Richard Burkeen will officiate, and burial will follow at the Cooper Family Cemetery. Visitation will be held Tuesday, August 20, 2013, after 4 p.m. at the J.H. Churchill Funeral Home.
