Ted M. Cunningham

Mr. Ted M. Cunningham, age 87, of Murray, Kentucky died on Friday, January 11, 2019 in Murray.

He was born in Calloway County, Kentucky on March 17, 1931 to the late Paul Cunningham and Estelle Cain Cunningham. Mr. Cunningham retired from Murray Appliance and was also a retired farmer. He was a charter member of the Westside Baptist Church, former trustee and served on various other committees. He was also a charter member of the Praise Sunday School Class.
In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by one brother, Zane Cunningham.
Survivors include his wife, Randa Broach Cunningham, to whom he was married on August 26, 1956 at the South Pleasant Grove United Methodist Church in Hazel, Kentucky; one daughter, Teresa Richerson and husband Danny of Murray, Kentucky; one son, Greg Cunningham and wife Trisha of Fairview, Texas; four grandchildren, Amy Ramage and husband Josh of Princeton, Kentucky, Erin Passmore and husband Brandon of Murray, Kentucky, Chris Cunningham of Dallas, Texas and Carrie Cunningham of Fairview, Texas; also surviving are three great-grandchildren, Ethan and Evan Ramage of Princeton, Kentucky and Blake Passmore of Murray, Kentucky.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, January 15, 2019 at the J.H. Churchill Funeral Home with Pastor Matt Ellis officiating. Burial will follow in the South Pleasant Grove United Methodist Church Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 4:00 – 8:00 p.m. on Monday, January 14, 2018 at the J.H. Churchill Funeral Home.
Active pallbearers will be Chris Cunningham, Joshua Ramage, Brandon Passmore, Philip Cunningham, Charles Reed, Tommy Greer, Michael Conley, Gary Wallis, John Thompson, and Allen Parrent.
