Thomas Dale Smotherman

Mr. Thomas Dale Smotherman, age 27, of Murray, Kentucky, died, Tuesday, December 18, 2012 at his home.

He was an employ of Murray State University and was a member of New Concord Church of Christ.

He was born in Murray, Kentucky on January 20, 1985

He was preceded in death by his brother, Curtis Smotherman.

He is survived by his mother, Susan Smotherman; father, Terry Smotherman; Maternal Grandparents, Charles and Donna Henry; Paternal Grandparents, Bill and Mary Smotherman all of Murray, Kentucky. Several aunts, uncles and cousins also survive.

Funeral services will be held 2:00 pm Saturday, December 22, 2012 in the chapel of the J.H. Churchill Funeral Home. Bob Haley and Mickey Garrison will officiate with burial to follow in the Hicks Cemetery. Visitation will be held Friday, December 21, 2012 for 4:00 – 8:00 at the funeral home.
