Todd Walker

Mr. Todd Walker, age 52, of Murray, Kentucky died on Tuesday, May 19, 2015 at his home after an extended illness.

Todd was born September 4, 1962 in Dyersburg, Tennessee. He was a minister, song leader, and teacher at the Glendale Road Church of Christ. He taught the College age class, and the young at hearts. He earned a B.S. in Business at Freed Hardeman University.

Todd was preceded in death by his father, Bobby Joe Walker.

Survivors include his wife, Shelia Beasley Walker of Murray, Kentucky, they married May 12, 1984 in Calhoun, Kentucky; mother, Shirley Willis Walker of Newbern, Tennessee; daughter, Lauren DeShawn Walker Hammack and husband Brad of Paducah, Kentucky; son, Daniel Ryan Beasley Walker of Murray, Kentucky; brother in heart, Glenn Ashley of Newbern, Tennessee.

Funeral service will be held 2:00 P.M., Sunday, May 24, 2015 at the Glendale Road Church of Christ, John Dale, Garry Evans and Nick Hutchens will officiate with burial to follow in the Murray City Cemetery. Visitation will be Saturday, May 23, 2015 from 4:00 – 9:00 pm at the Glendale Road Church of Christ and on Sunday, May 24, 2015 from 12:00 noon till funeral hour at the Glendale Road Church of Christ.
