Verdean Outland

Verdean Louise Outland, age 96, of Murray, Kentucky went to be with the lord on Friday, February 08, 2019, at 7:23 p.m., at the Anna Mae Owen Residential Hospice House.
She was born March 4, 1922, in Calloway County, Kentucky, to Ogden Bogard and Eva Wrather Bogard.
She was a member of New Concord Church of Christ and was a loving wife, mother and homemaker. She was employed at the Landolt Garment Factory (Jean Place) and retired from Fisher Price-Mattel.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Ogden Bogard and Eva Wrather Bogard; her husband, WB Outland.; one daughter, Dorothy Dean Outland; two sisters, Robbie Crouse and her husband, Laverne Crouse and Modena Outland and her twin sister, and her husband RC Outland; one grandson, Aaron Foutch.
Mrs. Outland is survived by her two daughters, Slinda Jane McCuiston, Wilma Jean Hill and Howard Hill all of Murray, Kentucky; six grandchildren, ten great-grandchildren, five great-great-grandchildren and several nieces and a nephew.
Visitation will be at J.H. Churchill Funeral Home on Monday, February 11, 2019, from 5:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. and funeral services on Tuesday, February 12, 2019, at 11:00 a.m. at the J.H. Churchill Funeral Home with Ed Davis and John Dale officiating. Burial will follow in the Hicks Cemetery.
