Vic W. Dunn, 70, of Murray, KY died at his home on September 11, following a brief illness.
Mr. Dunn was born in Calloway County on July 6, 1948. Following college at Murray State University, he pursued a successful career in business. Returning to Murray in his retirement, Mr. Dunn particularly enjoyed Friday night football at Murray Hight School, golfing with friends and tending his lawn. He was a loving and patient caregiver for his mother for many years.
Mr. Dunn is preceded in death by his parents John and Dortha Dunn; and brother, Terry Dunn.
He is survived by an uncle Charlie Burkeen of Murray, Kentucky; aunt Margaret Dunn of Murray, Kentucky; as well as a nephew, cousins, and many friends, including his church family at First Baptist Church.
A graveside service will be held at 2:00 p.m., on Friday, October 5, 2018 at the Murray City Cemetery. Bro. Keith Inman will officiate. There will be no public visitation.
Expressions of sympathy may be made in Mr. Dunn's memory to First Baptist Church, 203 South Fourth Street, Murray, Kentucky 42071.
