Walter Baum

Mr. Walter Baum, age 80, of Murray, Kentucky, died Thursday, March 27, 2014 at Murray Calloway County Hospital.
Mr. Baum was born February 13, 1934 in Waukesha, Wis., to the late Traucott and Clara Buehlia Baum. He was a retired Machinist with the Gehl Co. after 30 + years of service. He was also a member of the Immanuel Lutheran Church, and an Army Veteran of the Korean War.
In addition to his parents, Mr. Baum was preceded in death by his sister, Dorothy Putnam.
Survivors include his wife, Pauline Baum of Murray, Ky., they married November 29, 1980 in Muskegon, Mi., daughter, Ruth Todd and husband Clint of Murray, son, Karl Baum of Murray, and one grandchild, Myles Gordon Todd of Murray.
Funeral services will be held 1:30 P.M., Sunday, March 30, 2014 at the Immanuel Lutheran Church, Rev. Dr. Chad Foster will officiate. Burial will be held at a later date. Visitation will be held Sunday, March 30, 2014 from 12:30 -1:30 p.m. at the Church.
