Wanda June Cunningham

Mrs. Wanda June "Mammie" Cunningham, age 70, of Dexter, Kentucky died Wednesday, October 22, 2014 at the Murray – Calloway County Hospital.

Mrs. Cunningham was born December 3, 1943 in Murray, Kentucky, to the late Hayden and Bessie Miller Bogard. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a sister, Estell Johnson; and by two brothers, Ralph and Rudell Bogard.

Mrs. Cunningham and her husband Bobby owned and operated Cunningham Farms. She was a member of the Hardin Baptist Church and the Extreme Makeover Sunday School Class.
She is survived her husband, Bobby Cunningham of Dexter, Kentucky; they married October 28, 1960 in Murray, Kentucky; daughter, Regina Williams and husband David of Murray, Kentucky; son, Bro. Ricky Cunningham and wife Celisa of Murray, Kentucky; two sisters, Wilma Hicks and Gertie Sheppard both of Murray, Kentucky; two brothers, Bro. Paul Bogard and wife Sue of Mayfield, Kentucky and Tommy Bogard and wife Cynthia of Murray, Kentucky; four grandchildren, Kiki Cunningham, Michael Williams and wife Jennifer, Kory Cunningham and wife Katie, Kelsey Kennady and husband Tyler; as well as five great grandchildren, Jack, Crider, Jaye, Finley and Garnett.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, October 25, 2014 at the Hardin Baptist Church with Bro. Ricky Cunningham and Bro. Kory Cunningham officiating. Burial will follow in the Ledbetter Baptist Church Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Friday, October 24, 2014 after 4 p.m. at the Hardin Baptist Church, visitation will also be held Saturday, October 25, 2014 from 8:00 a.m. until funeral hour at the church.
