Wanda Jean Eldridge

Mrs. Wanda Jean Parrish Eldridge, age 72, of Almo, KY, passed away June 21, 2010, at Spring Creek Health Care. Mrs. Eldridge was born in Calloway Co., KY on December 27, 1937 to the late Noel and Robbie Canady Parrish. A homemaker and a member of the Kirksey Baptist Church.
In addition to her parents, Mrs. Eldridge is preceded in death by her husband, Arthur Glen Eldridge, who died on July 31, 2008, also three brothers O.D., James, and Bobby Parrish.
Mrs. Eldridge is survived by a daughter, Martha Overbey and husband Jimmy of Almo, KY, one sister, Jean Wheeler of New Concord, KY, one brother, Warren Parrish of New Concord, KY, two grandchildren, Jimmy and Robert Overbey, as well as four great grandchildren, Courtney, Jimmy, Mattie, and Molly Overbey.
Funeral services will be held Friday, June 25, 2010 at 10:00 a.m. at the J.H. Churchill Funeral Home with Rev. Sammy Cunningham officiating. Burial to follow in the Barnett Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 5:00 – 9:00 p.m., Thursday, June 24, 2010 also at the funeral home.
