Wayne Christopher Lenton, Sr.

Mr. Wayne Christopher Lenton, Sr., age 67 of Murray, Kentucky died Thursday, March 7, 2024, at the Murray Calloway County Hospital.  

          He was born in Fulton, New York on August 9, 1956, to the late George Lenton and Sharon Laws Lenton.

          Mr. Lenton was a member of the West Fork Baptist Church.  He was retired from Millis Trasport as a truck driver.

          He is survived by his wife Joann Howe Lenton of Murray, Kentucky; two sons, Wayne “Chris” Lenton, Jr. and Scott Lenton and wife Ronda all of Murray, Kentucky; three sisters, Debra Bissett and husband James of New York, Teri Lenton of Canada and Susan Nazda of New York; two brothers, Daniel Haskins and David Haskins and wife Terri all of New York; two grandchildren, Alysha Lenton and Zachary Lenton.

          A memorial service will be held at 6:00 p.m. Tuesday, March 12, 2024, at the West Fork Baptist Church with Rev. Randy Kuykendall will officiate.
