William Thompson

Mr. William "Eric" Thompson, age 63, of Murray, Kentucky, died on Friday, June 4, 2021, at the Murray-Calloway County Hospital in Murray, Kentucky.

Mr. Thompson was born on May 20, 1958, in Troy, Ohio. Before becoming disabled he was a forklift operator and an Air Force Veteran.

He was preceded in death by his father, William Earl Thompson; one brother, Wayne Eugene Thompson; maternal grandparents, Devoe and Willie Mae Bridges; as well as his paternal grandmother, Mildred Thompson.

Survivors include his mother, Nancy Thompson of Murray, Kentucky; three sons, Ramey Thompson, Kamus Thompson, and Jamey Thompson all of Cleveland, Tennessee; two sisters, Susan Tidwell and husband Terrell of Murray, Kentucky and Becky Waldorf and husband Harvey of Murray, Kentucky; as well as several grandchildren and one special nephew, Dan Manier of Murray, Kentucky.

Private family services will be held.
