Wilma Wadkins

Mrs. Wilma Wadkins, age 68, of Kirksey, Kentucky died at her home on Tuesday, March 24, 2015.
Mrs. Wadkins was born September 24, 1946 in Marshall County, Kentucky, to the late Joe Hollie Copeland and Evalena Roberts Copeland. She was a homemaker, and member of the Coles Campground United Methodist Church.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Donald Wadkins, two daughters, Rhonda Robinson, and LaDonna Wadkins; two sons, Allen and Joey Wadkins; two sisters, Dean Haymes, and Susie Smith; brother, Jack Copeland.
Survivors include daughter, Sonica Pruitt and husband Danny of Almo, Kentucky; two sisters, Mattie Redden of Benton, Kentucky, and Techie Copeland of Puryear, Tennessee; brother, James "Dink" Copeland of Symsonia, Kentucky; seven grandchildren, Joshua Crick, Kallop Wadkins, Chelsea Wadkins, Jeremy Pruitt, Keshea Wadkins, Austin Wadkins, and MaKayla Wadkins, all of Murray, Kentucky; also three great grandchildren, Skylar Edwards, Noah Ainscough, and Avalee Braden.
Funeral service will be held 11:00 a.m., Saturday, March 28, 2015 at the J.H. Churchill Funeral Home, Rev. Howard Welch, and Rev. Samantha Hall will officiate, and burial will follow in the Asbury Cemetery. Visitation will be held Friday, March 27, 2015 from 5-8 p.m. at the J.H. Churchill Funeral Home.
