Wintford Lee Worthey

Mr. Wintford Lee Worthey, age 77, of Murray, Kentucky died on Thursday, May 3, 2018 at his home.

Mr. Wintford was born in Caraway, Arkansas on May 7, 1940 to the late Grady Lee Worthey and Myrtle Clementine (McClung) Worthey. Mr. Worthey was retired and was a member of the New Concord Church of Christ.

In addition to his parents Mr. Worthey was preceded in death by three sisters, Helen Harrelson, Sharron Bishop and Carolyn DuVall; and by two brothers, Harold Worthey and Dale Worthey.

Mr. Worthey is survived by his wife Betty Worthey of Murray, Kentucky, to whom he married on October 12, 1961 in Helena, Arkansas; one daughter, Patricia Annette Worthey of Murray, Kentucky; one son, Tommy Edward Worthey and wife Shari of Sierra Vista, Arizona; one sister, Cathy Hisaw of Trumann, Arkansas; one brother, Ronnie Worthey and wife Kathy of Marked Tree, Arkansas; as well as one grandchild, Aimee Worthey of Mechanicsville, Virginia.

There will be no public visitation or services.
